• Are glass jars microwave- and oven-safe?

Glass jars are microwave-safe, but limit heating to under 5 minutes.

• Can I put wooden lids in the dishwasher?

No. Dishwashers expose wood to excessive moisture and heat, causing it to warp, crack, or splinter. Always hand-wash wooden lids with mild soap and dry them immediately.

• Are wooden lids completely airtight?

They are highly airtight as they have a silicone. The friction of the silicone ring secures the lid tightly and preserves the freshness of dry goods like coffee, flour, and pasta.

• Can I store liquids (liquor, oils, or sauces) in these jars?

Yes but It is NOT recommended. Wooden lid jars are meant for pantry storage. Liquids or oils can seep into the wood over time, degrading the material, causing odors, or leading to mold.

• How do I prevent mold on wooden lids?

Mold usually develops from trapped moisture. Ensure your wooden lids are completely air-dried before sealing them onto the jars.
