I placed a large custom order and couldn’t be happier with the results! The attention to detail was incredible, and it’s clear they take a lot of pride in making sure everything is done right. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and they truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend them and will definitely be ordering again!

Arrived on time, writes well, customization is just what I ordered. Lovely wood, all around great gift for a loved one.

I am more than satisfied with the pen and the inscription. Initially, I only ordered the pen but received an email suggesting I buy the case. I’m glad they reached out to me because I did get the case. My son, who recently graduated from law school, absolutely loved his gift. Thank you!

I was very pleased with the quality of the engraving on the pen and pen cases. I ordered 50 and they arrived very quickly. I would definitely recommend!

I purchased wooden utensils for my girlfriend for Christmas. The quality and look of the utensils are amazing. I was planning on keeping them all for Christmas and only tell her as a surprise, but I couldn't keep my excitement down and showed her one of them. She absolutely loves the fork I let her see and use early. The customer support and care this company gives is outstanding. Could not recommend this company more. So if you're looking for wooden utensils, PLEASE give this company your first look. I promise you, you won't be disappointed!

I placed a custom order for walnut pens and they turned out exactly how we discussed. The team was so helpful and ordering was an absolute easy and welcoming experience!

Beautifully made. And, very well packaged for shipping!

I LOVE the books, pens, box and wooden gift card. They all turned out beautiful and as expected. 194 Craft House was easy to work with and I will definitely use them again.
